The accelerated automation of production processes is an indisputable reality of the contemporary era, CNC equipment providers, regardless of their type, being in a fierce competition to identify the best solutions to ensure the necessary reliability, quality, durability, flexibility etc. required by customers. Technological modernization is a prerequisite for modern companies, which aim to consolidate the market share, expand distribution area, reduce costs, improve the product properties etc. Of course, that option should be strong supported by financial point of view, but the results offsets the efforts and the return on investment (ROI) is high, thanks to further economies of various types. Nowadays, there are a lot of innovative solutions which have the ability to strongly influence market development. One of the latest methods used in the manufacture of thermal insulating joinery is the bonding of insulating glass in the sash. In fact, in this way, is obtained a stiffening of the assembly through the glazing, which allows to remove the steel reinforcement from the profile structure and generates a significant improvement of heat transfer coefficient. For these operations, the most important suppliers of machinery have developed advanced equipment, fully automatic. From a technological standpoint, there are several methods for submitting adhesive material: on the bottom edge insulating glass rebate, on its side or in combined positions. The benefits are multiple and lies in increasing resistance, improvement of the level of natural light by using narrower profiles, decreased heat transfer etc. The only operations manually made are represented by charging or discharging the sash from CNC equipment, all other actions necessary being performed automatically. Given the wide range of bonding solutions that currently exist in the marketplace (mono or two-component) suppliers of equipments were concerned about the adaptability of machinery on all these variants, that objective being now fully met.
