In 2015, the association of producers of thermal insulating joinery (PPTT) has activated in adverse circumstances, amid the ongoing difficulties encountered by economic activity nationwide. Some of the problems were caused by the inertia of public institutions, with which representatives the organization had contact lately, namely Ministry of Economy, Trade and Tourism (MER) and the National Centre for Development of Vocational and Technical Education (CNDIPT).
